Re-opening of Church

Church Services

The Northern Ireland Executive has indicated that Churches in Northern Ireland can reopen  the week beginning Monday 29th June 2020.

Your Church Committee welcomes this exciting news and has already met to put measures into place for our re-opening, including an agreed risk assessment. The committee has also agreed a provisional re-opening date of Sunday 26th July and the mediums working that evening will be Nichola Corner and Eamonn Andrews

Please note that due to current restrictions, numbers within the Church building will be limited. As a temporary measure, priority admission will be given to our regular church members and visitors. Priority admission can be arranged before attending by communicating with Church President, Pat James. The  important reason for this temporary measure is to monitor and control numbers within the Church building.

Please do not attend Church if you are experiencing symptoms of coronavirus (Covid - 19) infection. The symptoms include any of the following:

  • a new continuous cough
  • a high temperature
  • a loss of or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell (anosmia).

Healing, Awareness Class & Development Circles are under review and updates will be published in due course.

Pastoral Care - Belfast Spiritualist Church

As a Church community we can provide pastoral care and support to our Church members. If you feel that you would benefit from pastoral care or you know of another member who would, then please let one of our team know. This is a totally confidential service.

Spiritualists, perhaps more than many, appreciate the transformational power of communication. Our personal responsibility for each other is a vital principle. Declining physical, mental and emotional health, particularly during illness or achieving age, may prevent many Spiritualists from attending their church, be they congregation, medium, speaker or healer. Therefore it is important that we all become aware of our friends who may need our friendship

SNU Church Rules 2018

The SNU Church Rules 2018 have been issued by the SNU.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), agreed upon by the European Parliament and Council in April 2016, will replace the Data Protection Directive 95/46/ec in Spring 2018 as the primary law regulating how companies protect EU citizens' personal data. Companies that are already in compliance with the Directive must ensure that they’re compliant with the new requirements of the GDPR before it becomes effective on May 25, 2018.

Spiritual Wedding Ceremonies

If you are interested in having a spiritual wedding ceremony then please visit our ceremonies web site.

Belfast Spiritual Church has a sister site which promotes the full range of services that we provide not only to our Church members, but to the wider Northern Ireland community. We hope to raise funds which can be used to increase facilities within our Church for its members and visitors. We also hope to build on the high levels of training on spiritual development  and to invite well known local and UK mediums to assist our own Church mediums in serving our platform.

Please share it with your friends.
