I've watched you offer your hand

And dispel peoples fears,
Share in their pain
Until they become well again.

I've watched you work with the sick
The poor and the lost,
And never once stop
To count up the cost.

I've watched you heal broken hearts
And mend broken dreams,
And teach the bereaved
That death's not what it seems.

I've watched you lead by example
Standing firm and so true,
Gods work is made easier
